Your Responsibilities
Broadcast Solutions develops and implements complex technical system solutions for customers worldwide. Under our meshTECH brand, we develop and distribute modern communication solutions for professional and mission-critical applications, including MANET and MIMO radio systems. As the primary distributor for Silvus Technologies, we integrate StreamCaster radio systems into customer-specific communication solutions.

- Commission and configure tactical communication systems and MANET systems
- Provide technical support to our customers during missions, exercises, field trials, and evaluations
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions in the areas of radio frequency (RF) technology, networking, hardware, and software
- Install and integrate communication systems into vehicles, mobile platforms, and unmanned aerial and ground vehicles (UAVs and UGVs)
- Configure and optimize radio and IP networks
- Prepare, configure, and test systems for customer deployment
- Conduct technical training for customers and users
- Maintain our demonstration, evaluation, and training equipment
- Work closely with our sales engineers, internal technical teams, and technology partners
- Document technical issues and field experiences, escalating them for further clarification when necessary
Your Profile
- You have a technical education, a military technical background, or comparable professional experience
- You bring experience in radio technology, radio frequency (RF) technology, IP network technology, or tactical communication systems
- You are hands-on and take a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- You present yourself confidently and professionally to customers and users
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and are reliable
- You are willing to travel regularly within Germany and internationally
- You have very good English skills. German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
- You hold a Class B driver's license
- Clean criminal record (proof required)
- Experience with MANET, military communication systems, or professional radio systems is an advantage
- Military experience, particularly in the communications or IT sector, is a major plus
