Your Responsibilities
For the further development of our business processes and digital solutions, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager. As part of our IT & Digital Solutions team, you will work at the Oberhaching, Germany or Molln, Upper Austria location. You will connect specialist areas, processes, and technology, ensuring that potential for improvement is transformed into concrete, sustainable, and successfully implemented digital solutions.
You will make visible how Boards & More works, identify concrete transformation potentials, and develop better processes and successful digital solutions from them:
- Together with our specialist departments, you will analyze existing business processes, document them end-to-end, and create transparency about workflows, interfaces, and dependencies.
- You will identify transformation potentials and, together with the specialist departments, develop sustainable solutions through standardization, digitalization, automation, and the targeted use of AI.
- You will translate requirements from the business into actionable concepts and accompany their implementation together with internal teams and external partners until successful Go live.
- You will support the specialist departments in introducing new processes and digital solutions and ensure that changes are sustainably anchored.
- You will identify potentials for digitalization, automation, and the use of AI and support their successful introduction in the company.

- Experience in digital transformations, business analysis, process management, ERP, e-commerce, or digitalization projects is an advantage – however, your ability to understand complex relationships, recognize potential for improvement, and successfully and sustainably implement changes is more important to us.
