The key role of Production Support Specialist has the primary purpose of guaranteeing the stability and availability of production services, as well as addressing incidents and maintaining operational continuity to prevent risks. The position follows a hybrid work model (two days in the office and three days at home with rotating on-call shifts), based at Parques BBVA, Mexico City.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a degreed professional with a bachelor's degree in fields related to Information Technology, who has one to two years of previous experience in operational areas performing similar roles. Intermediate proficiency in Cobol, Batch and Online processing is required, as well as knowledge of NextGen technologies such as APX and RBA, and English language skills. The profile stands out for its analytical capacity in handling and resolving incidents, effective communication, focus on execution, and commitment to continuous improvement to ensure service continuity.
