We are looking for a Junior Product Owner (m/f/d) for our Corporate IT unit in Munich, to start as soon as possible, fixed-term until 31.03.2028.
Job Description
- Translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Responsibility for the further development and prioritization of the product backlog in close coordination with stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating agile development teams
- Close collaboration with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure an optimal user experience
- Monitoring KPIs and deriving measures for product improvement
- Risk and budget management within the scope of product development
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and security requirements
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of technical contexts as well as UX/UI principles
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product features
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or comparable systems
- Team spirit and empathy when dealing with different stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
