Job Description
- Technical setup, operation, and continuous development of our test infrastructure, as well as active work on the underlying systems and platforms.
- Technical design of a unified test environment landscape, as well as the implementation of common standards and governance in a merging IT organization.
- Independent analysis and resolution of technical issues, as well as support for complex challenges during ongoing test phases.
- Development and implementation of automation solutions for recurring processes and infrastructure tasks in test environment management.
- Technical collaboration with development, architecture, and operations teams, as well as contributing your own solutions and ideas for the further development of the test infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong sense of quality, analytical thinking skills, and a passion for independently solving complex technical challenges.
- Several years of practical professional experience in a DevOps/infrastructure environment, as well as routine with Linux, container, and orchestration platforms, ideally RHEL and Rancher.
- Very good German language skills in both spoken and written form at a C1 level (CEFR) for close collaboration with various IT teams.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and automation, e.g., Ansible or Puppet, as well as scripting with Python.
- Openness to new technologies and working methods, personal initiative, and a willingness to continue developing; a degree in (business) informatics, comparable training, or qualification.
