We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to be the main technical reference for defensive technologies, leading the evolution of the cyber protection solutions portfolio and directly contributing to strengthening the bank's security.

Act as a technical leader in defining architectures, strategies, and roadmaps for defensive technologies, ensuring our solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and market best practices.
You will be responsible for driving modernization initiatives, evaluating new technologies, leading strategic projects, and supporting decision-making on critical Information Security topics.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Be the main technical reference for defensive Information Security technologies.
- Define reference architectures, standards, and technological guidelines.
- Support and technically develop Security teams.
- Act as an escalation point for highly complex issues.
- Promote knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices.
Security Portfolio Management
- Conduct technical evaluations, PoCs, and new technology selection processes.
- Define and evolve the security platforms roadmap.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented controls.
- Propose initiatives for modernization, consolidation, and optimization of the security environment.
- Monitor trends and innovations in cybersecurity.
Projects and Transformation
- Technically lead strategic projects related to cyber protection.
- Participate in defining requirements, architectural design, and solution implementation.
- Ensure efficient integrations between security technologies and the corporate ecosystem.
- Support the continuous evolution of existing platforms.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Act as a technical reference in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Support cyber risk management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct action plans related to audits and maturity assessments.

- Experience in evaluating, implementing, integrating, and evolving security solutions.
- Knowledge of security architecture for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Experience in defining architectures, technical standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Knowledge of integrations via APIs, events, logs, and corporate ecosystems.
- Advanced troubleshooting and complex problem investigation skills.
- Experience with technological modernization projects and security platform lifecycle management.
- Experience with audits, risk management, and regulated environments.
