- Lead and develop the AI Engineering team, promoting technical evolution, autonomy, collaboration, and high performance.
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, connecting technological innovation to strategic business objectives.
- Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, from evaluating opportunities to implementation and generating results.
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI and intelligent agents, accelerating the transformation of processes and products.
- Ensure the evolution of the corporate AI platform, with a focus on scalability, security, governance, and observability.
- Work in partnership with business, data, architecture, and engineering areas to deliver solutions that generate value sustainably.
- Establish best practices for architecture, development, and operation of AI-based solutions.
Minimum requirements

Leadership Profile
- Experience in leading and developing technical Engineering, Architecture, or AI teams.
- Experience in managing roadmaps, portfolios, backlogs, and prioritizing initiatives.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technological solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing strategic decisions.
- Track record of building high-performance teams, with a focus on continuous development and delivering results.
Technical Knowledge
- Practical experience in building and implementing AI agents, multi-agent systems, and applications based on LLMs.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, memory, and agent orchestration.
- Experience with frameworks such as ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
- Knowledge of software engineering, APIs REST, microservices, events, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with Python and knowledge of Java or Node.js.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, LLMOps, AgentOps, and observability of AI applications.
- Experience with governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in building large-scale corporate AI platforms.
- Google Cloud certifications, Architecture, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of MCP protocols and A2A. Experience in digital transformation and innovation environments.
- Experience in the financial market or large companies. Experience in governance initiatives and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence.
