What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like?
As a Tech Lead Backend Java SR, you will work in the Systems area and your main activities will be:
- Develop and maintain web applications and backend services of medium and high complexity;
- Support and define standards for architecture, development, and code quality;
- Participate in defining scope, planning, and prioritizing demands with the business;
- Ensure consistent and sustainable deliveries, focusing on business value, performance, security, and scalability;
- Provide technical support to other developers, positively influencing the team even without a formal leadership role;
- Promote engineering best practices, DevOps culture, and continuous process improvement;
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge dissemination.

Location: Osasco - SP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields;
- Solid experience with Angular 8+, Java 8+, and Node.js;
- Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript;
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes;
- Practical experience with DevOps culture;
- Proficiency in best practices and development principles (Clean Code / Clean Architecture);
- Experience in microservices development and in developing and consuming REST APIs;
- Experience with agile methodologies.
It would be a plus if you have
- Desirable certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, DP-900, AZ-305;
- Intermediate or advanced English.
