What will your day-to-day look like?
As an SRE Specialist, you will work in the Systems area, and your main activities will include:
- Sustaining and evolving infrastructure with a focus on reliability;
- Implementing and monitoring infrastructure projects;
- Proposing improvements in monitoring, automation, and incident management;
- Driving the SRE strategy: defining SLOs/SLIs, managing error budgets, standardizing automation (IaC), and implementing end-to-end observability;
- Leading incident response, postmortems, and capacity and performance planning;
- Applying SRE practices (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, automation);
- Collaborating with infrastructure, development, security, and business teams for technical and strategic alignment;
- Utilizing modern observability tools (Dynatrace, CloudWatch), automation (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements
- Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or related fields;
- Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux and Windows;
- Cloud & Multicloud: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS is a plus), including integration between on-premises and cloud environments;
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and cloud CLIs, with the ability to version, automate, and standardize environments;
- Observability: Experience with Dynatrace and AWS CloudWatch, ability to define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs;
- Automation and CI/CD: Creation and maintenance of pipelines, automation of operational tasks and incident response.
- Incident Management: Troubleshooting in distributed environments, execution of postmortems, and root cause analysis (RCA). Desirable experience in Openshift, VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes, and Automation;
- Containers and Orchestration: Kubernetes (OCP, EKS, AKS) and Docker.
