What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work in the Management Platform area, and your main activities will be:
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad in product evolution.
- Build and track the product roadmap.
- Prioritize the backlog and define deliverables aligned with business needs.
- Conduct alignment meetings with internal stakeholders and partner areas.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement of the customer experience.
- Monitor product indicators and the progress of initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and squad deliverables.

Requirements
- Education or knowledge in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Product Analyst.
- Experience in the functional leadership of multidisciplinary squads.
- Experience with backlog management and demand prioritization.
- Ability to lead discussions with different stakeholders.
- Experience in medium or large-scale corporate environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
It will be a plus if you have
- Experience in the financial or banking segment.
- Experience with products focused on customer experience or customer service.
- Experience in innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
- History of working in environments with multiple fronts and stakeholders.
