Digital Business Products: The Digital Business Products Directorate is responsible for developing, evolving, and managing the entire portfolio of retail products, covering the complete customer journey from account opening to credit, payments, and financial services. We operate in tribes and are oriented toward the customer journey, such as accounts, credit, and domestic and international payments, ensuring simple, secure, and integrated experiences with heavy use of technology and a focus on scalability. At the same time, we have specialized hubs that support the business with data, performance, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance, ensuring intelligent decision-making, governance, and continuous product evolution. We are also expanding our operations into strategic fronts such as Open Finance and international operations, connecting the bank to an increasingly open and digital financial ecosystem.

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Product Manager, you will work in the Digital Platforms area, and your main activities will be:
- Build and maintain the strategic roadmap for the TED product;
- Evaluate regulatory impacts involving STR and SPB;
- Lead product modernization initiatives;
- Define performance, availability, and efficiency indicators;
- Promote integration between TED, Pix, and other payment methods;
- Ensure product observability and operation in an automated manner.

Requirements
- Previous experience with TED or transfer and payment products or high-volume transactional banking systems (Cards, balance, accounts, etc.);
- Experience in large banks or critical high-volume infrastructures;
- Direct involvement in significant incidents or regulatory programs;
- Ability to structure operational metrics (Costs, SLA, NPS, market share, CX, etc.);
- Experience in digital product management;
- Consolidated experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent positions.
