About the area

Digital Business Products: The Digital Business Products Directorate is responsible for developing, evolving, and managing the entire portfolio of retail products, covering the customer's complete journey, from account opening to credit, payments, and financial services. We operate in tribes and are oriented toward the customer journey, such as accounts, credit, and domestic and international payments, ensuring simple, secure, and integrated experiences with strong use of technology and a focus on scalability. At the same time, we have specialized hubs that support the business with data, performance, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance, ensuring intelligent decision-making, governance, and continuous product evolution. We are also expanding our operations into strategic fronts such as Open Finance and international operations, connecting the bank to an increasingly open and digital financial ecosystem.
