We are looking for an ASO/APX Developer with experience in building and maintaining services and transactions within ASO and APX architectures. This person will be responsible for developing backend services in Java, implementing best practices for integration and testing, and ensuring the correct operation of components in online and batch ecosystems.

Babel is a multinational technology consultancy firm specialized in applying its services and technological knowledge to the digital acceleration processes of its clients, large companies, and public organizations.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain services using the ASO service architecture.
- Knowledge of SENDA/ETPB.
- Implement transactions, libraries, and DTOs within the APX Online and APX Batch architecture.
- Build REST services in Java 8 using Spring Framework and JSON formats.
- Use the CXF framework for service development according to ASO guidelines.
- Perform unit testing with JUnit, applying dependency injection and using Mockito.
- Manage dependencies and package projects with Maven.
- Control versions and development workflows using Git in Bitbucket.
- Use API Connector for exposing or consuming APIs according to project needs.
- Handle JDBC connections and consumption of non-relational databases.
- Use support tools such as SoapUI and Postman for service testing.
- Support batch activities using Control-M in basic processes.
- Participate in incident resolution, requirements analysis, and technical improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: From 2 to 4 years in backend development with Java (or equivalent in similar projects).

- Spring Framework (REST, dependency injection).
