🏢 What your day-to-day will look like
- Participate in agile ceremonies for squads and the team, working on projects and the evolution of Listed products (Trading and Post-Trading).
- Lead technical discussions focused on observability, resilience, capacity, FinOps, and hybrid environment architecture.
- Work alongside squads and operations teams to ensure availability, service quality, and adherence to B3 internal policies.
📌 Area responsibilities
- Enable infrastructure, monitoring, and observability for products, following the entire implementation and evolution cycle.
- Lead forums on resilience, capacity, FinOps, incident management, post-mortems, and continuous technical alignment.
- Ensure the evolution of SLIs, SLOs, and dashboards, in addition to promoting automation, technical documentation, and the elimination of manual tasks.
🎯 What we expect from your performance
- Analytical, collaborative, and proactive profile, with experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP), Kubernetes/OpenShift, DevOps, and IaC.
- Knowledge of observability (SLA, SLI, and SLO), monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix), networking, Linux, Windows, Kafka, and SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in hybrid and on-premises environments, capacity management, FinOps, automation, and handling critical incidents.
🚀 It will be a plus if you have
- Intermediate English.
- CKAD certification or other Kubernetes certifications.
- Knowledge of GitOps and Generative Artificial Intelligence concepts.
