Through consulting and service offerings, you will support customers in managing a digital transformation that goes beyond technology such as Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, Data Advisory, Data & AI, App & Cloud Transformation, and Digital Strategy & Business Case, offering measurable added value, operational efficiency, improved return on investment, and long-term benefits.
We are looking for an experienced individual with many years of experience in management or technology consulting, currently working at Senior Manager or Senior Management Consultant level. Ideally, they have in-depth knowledge in the field of Data and extensive experience in consulting companies in the IT and technology sector. Furthermore, they convince with strong customer orientation, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusting relationships at the C-level.

Job Description
- Responsibility and coordination of employees in generating new business with new and existing customers. Identification and proactive positioning of consulting projects – both independently and embedded in the comprehensive technology landscape of Atos.
- Responsibility for the implementation and achievement of the Practice's targets and for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees
- Responsibility for the further development and expansion of the Practice
- Taking over the operational responsibility of the Practice, taking into account global guidelines and initiatives as well as local requirements; alignment for the implementation and achievement of local and global targets
- Support in defining and further developing the market entry strategy of Atos Amplify in Germany.
- Central point of contact for the Practice within the organization; consulting and representing the Practice internally and externally
- Support in strategic customer planning in Amplify in alignment with the customers' business and technology goals.
- Independent project management for internal and customer projects
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high performance standards and customer satisfaction.
- Development of best practices and consulting standards
- Close collaboration with CIP, Atos Sales, CEP, and Growth Organization.
- Responsibility for compliance with organizational and administrative processes within an area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the entire performance and service delivery within the department, such as standardization of processes, Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment
- Responsibility for the optimal and economical use of employees within the framework of the given objectives; ensuring effective personnel planning, selection, and development
- Responsibility for risk management and escalations within an area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Business Administration, etc.).
- Many years of experience (typically over 10 years) in management or technology consulting with a focus on industry consulting, digital strategy and digital transformation, outsourcing, etc., as well as in-depth knowledge of technology trends
- Comprehensive knowledge in areas relevant to the role and Practice
- Good commercial understanding and strong customer orientation.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust at the C-level, particularly with COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and those responsible for Business Transformation.
- A cooperative leadership style that involves various stakeholders from strategy development to implementation.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Advantageous: Existing customer network with clients in Germany.
