Your mission in this connection! In your day-to-day, you will:
- Conduct capacity, performance, resilience, and security analyses of the IP network infrastructure.
- Plan, implement, and perform advanced troubleshooting of routing and transport solutions, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and IP/MPLS environments.
- Support integration projects between fixed and mobile networks, covering broadband technologies, GPON, 4G/5G, IMS, and VoLTE.
- Perform tests, homologations, and technical validations of new equipment, platforms, technologies, and services.
- Act in support of critical incidents, executing 3rd-level troubleshooting and proposing continuous improvement actions.
- Provide specialized technical consulting for internal and external clients, recommending solutions aligned with market best practices.
- Participate in the definition and evolution of connectivity architectures, considering performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Support initiatives related to IoT, MVNO, and voice services, contributing to the integration and interoperability of solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the implementation of strategic projects and the development of new connectivity offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Networking, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field.
- Consolidated experience in IP networks and telecommunications.
- Advanced knowledge of routing and transport protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and IP/MPLS).
- Experience with IoT connectivity technologies, network architectures, and communication protocols.
- Experience in MVNO environments and knowledge of operational models and segment regulations.
- Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, SIP/RTP protocols, and QoS.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, Web Services, and authentication methods.
- Knowledge of project management and technical pre-sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance, including LGPD and GDPR.
- Fluent English for conducting meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized certifications in the areas of networking, telecommunications, routing, and IP transport.
- Experience in environments of carriers, service providers, or connectivity companies.
- Knowledge of 5G architectures, IMS, VoLTE, and advanced corporate connectivity solutions.
