About the area
The Global Tech – Services and Operations area is responsible for the support and administration of Arcadis's core technological infrastructure services, working globally in the management of servers, networks, identity and access, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
The team works on the prevention and resolution of incidents, maintaining the health of technological environments, and implementing operational improvements, ensuring availability, security, performance, and continuity of corporate services on a global scale.
Role description
Work in the administration, support, and evolution of technological infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and service continuity. You will be responsible for Windows and Linux environments, identity and access services, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, IT assets, and Azure platforms, also acting in incident resolution and implementation of improvements.

Role responsibilities
- Administer infrastructure environments, including backups, restores, and Disaster Recovery, ensuring service recovery and continuity.
- Monitor IT environments and act in the analysis and resolution of incidents, failures, and events with business impact.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, SSO, authentication, and identity federation.
- Execute patches, upgrades, deployment, and maintenance of operating systems, servers, and infrastructure platforms.
- Manage infrastructure assets and CMDB, supporting changes and IT Asset Management practices.
- Act in the administration and improvement of Windows Server, Linux, Azure, virtualization, and corporate network environments.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in infrastructure administration with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and DNS.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Management, virtualization, and Cisco networks.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Storage.
- Knowledge of Backup, Restore, Disaster Recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and event management.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management, SSO, and identity federation.
- Knowledge of CMDB, IT Asset Management, and ITIL.
- Advanced or fluent English, due to the global nature of the position.
