Job Description
We are looking for someone with solid experience in research applied to digital products, capable of transforming user needs and behaviors into actionable product insights.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Communication, Technology, or related fields
- +5 years of experience in UX Research / User Research
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research
- Mastery of methodologies such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, and exploratory research
- Ability to structure problems, hypotheses, research plans, and insight synthesis
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads, in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering
- Ability to translate research findings into clear recommendations for decision-making
- Experience with digital products and agile methodologies
- Fluent English
- Availability for on-site work in Betim at least 3 times per week
