Job Description
- Provide support to employees and service providers in the use of Information Technology department equipment and software;
- Perform equipment configuration, account setup, and installation of specific programs for engineering and administrative services;
- Contact vendors to assist internal clients;
- Ensure data protection and information confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a higher education degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience with user support in the Information Technology field;
- Knowledge of Active Directory, technical support, Endpoint, and Firewall;
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Availability for on-site work in São Bernardo do Campo.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including networks and servers, is desirable;
