Job Description
Act as the technical lead for ADAS feature performance throughout the entire technical project lifecycle. The main objective is to ensure that the functions meet all necessary requirements for homologation and quality standards, guaranteeing the expected system performance in the vehicle.

Technical and Operational Activities
- Regulatory Study: Conduct studies of current regulations and technical standards applicable to ADAS features;
- Requirements Definition: Draft performance requirements in accordance with current regulations and project needs;
- Requirements Management: Continuously manage technical requirements throughout the development cycle;
- Test Procedures: Develop performance test procedures necessary to validate functionalities;
- Subjective Evaluation: Conduct subjective tests to evaluate the behavior and refinement of ADAS functions from the user's perspective;
- Quality Compliance: Ensure that feature performance meets the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) established by the organization;
- Documentation of technical performance requirements;
- Performance test plans and procedures;
- Subjective test evaluation reports;
- Regulatory compliance matrix.
Qualifications
- Education: Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
- Languages: Advanced English for conducting technical meetings with suppliers;
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ADAS standards (Euro NCAP, ISO), requirements writing, and vehicle testing protocols;
- Soft Skills: Analytical vision, attention to detail, good technical communication, and synthesis skills;
- Software: Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Vector Tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape), automotive diagnostic tools.

- Availability for short-term business trips.
