- Interface management: Integration of security requirements into business-critical processes of other departments.
- Technology roadmap: Continuous monitoring of the global threat landscape and the technology market; making fundamental decisions regarding the introduction of forward-looking security technologies.
- Business Continuity Management (ITSCM): Leading the design of technical recovery strategies for business-critical systems within the framework of BCM.
- Crisis management: Central technical lead in the event of an IT crisis.
- Program management: Leading highly complex IT security programs (bundling multiple projects) from vision to operational handover.
Minimum requirements

- Experience in integrating security requirements into business processes.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and ITSCM.
- Confident handling of IT crisis situations.
- Experience in budget and resource management.
- Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience in managing complex IT security programs.
- Willingness to take on application responsibility for security-relevant systems.
