Your Challenges to Grow on the Journey
- Support the organization and prioritization of the Open Finance product backlog, collaborating directly with Product Managers and technical teams;
- Monitor deliveries with technical teams, ensuring alignment between business, product, and technology throughout the entire development cycle;
- Analyze product usage and performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and new use cases within the Open Finance ecosystem;
- Monitor Open Finance regulatory changes (Central Bank, industry regulations) and assess their impact on existing products, journeys, and processes;
- Structure executive materials, technical documentation, and product requirements, supporting communication between business and technology areas;
- Conduct and support market research and benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities in the Open Finance ecosystem;
- Utilize generative AI tools in daily tasks to support regulatory analysis, information consolidation, complex data organization, and productivity gains;
- Contribute to building simple AI-driven flows and automations, optimizing the team's operational routines;
- Transition between different areas (product, technology, business, regulatory), acting as a bridge to ensure common understanding and fluidity in deliveries.
What You Need to Become an Agilizado?
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
- Previous experience in digital product, product analysis, or project management, with the ability to transition between analysis, execution, and product support;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between technical and business areas;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), with good organization and discipline in managing product routines;
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights;
- Excellent communication skills, both for interacting with technical areas and for structuring materials for executive audiences;
- Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to product routines, analysis, and management (information organization, research, and productivity).
Differentiators
- Familiarity with financial products, fintechs, or the digital banking ecosystem, including knowledge of Open Finance / Open Banking (regulation, APIs, consent flows);
- Experience with APIs and system integrations, especially in regulated data sharing contexts;
