YOUR ROLE
- Operate Enterprise AI Architecture: You develop and operate scalable platform architectures for ML, LLM, and agentic workloads in the enterprise context.
- Automate Infrastructure: You implement Infrastructure-as-Code concepts for reproducible AI environments across multiple stages.
- Orchestrate AI Workloads: You operate containerized training, inference, and MCP server workloads on Kubernetes or cloud-native platforms.
- Implement Security and Access Concepts: You implement IAM, secrets management, network, and tenant capability concepts at the platform level.
- Enable Self-Service: You provide standardized runtime environments and interfaces that can be efficiently used by Data, ML, and GenAI teams.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education & Experience: You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field, and at least 5 years of experience in building and operating productive cloud or AI platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Platform Architectures: You have a deep understanding of containerization, cluster architectures, scaling mechanisms, and service-oriented integration patterns.
- Apply Tech Stack: You work confidently with Kubernetes, Terraform or Pulumi, CI/CD toolchains, and at least one hyperscaler cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Structured Way of Working: You think in a platform-oriented, standardizing manner with a clear focus on scalability, security, and reusability.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your area of expertise, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Language Skills: You communicate fluently and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in German and English.
