About the opportunity
This position is part of the Technology – Quality Engineering area, one of the largest Quality Engineering practices in Latin America, with more than 1.000 specialists working on strategic projects for national and international clients.
Our team works on the definition and evolution of Quality Engineering strategies, using the main technologies and methodologies in the market to boost the quality of digital products and accelerate our clients' transformation.
You will have the opportunity to work on initiatives involving:
- Test Automation;
- Performance Testing;
- APIs;
- Mobile;
- Test Data Management (TDM);
- Artificial Intelligence applied to Quality Engineering;
- Cloud and Analytics.

Requirements
- Coordination of Quality Engineering (QE) projects, working on the planning, monitoring, and execution of quality initiatives;
- Experience in conducting QE ceremonies and routines, such as dailies, defect management meetings, monitoring indicators, and identifying risks;
- Solid technical profile in Quality Engineering, with experience in strategy, planning, preparation, execution, and control of tests;
- Solid experience with test automation strategies using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, Appium, Jenkins, and similar;
- Mastery of the main QE topics: Automation, Performance Testing, Test Data Management (TDM), and Service Virtualization;
- Experience in defining strategies, best practices, and Quality Engineering governance;
- Experience in a client-facing environment, working directly with clients and stakeholders;
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Zephyr;
- Knowledge of Databases, APIs, and agile methodologies;
- Mastery of the Office suite, especially Excel, for planning and monitoring indicators, as well as experience in preparing executive presentations;
- Conversational English (required).
Will be considered a plus
- Experience with preparing technical/commercial proposals will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to Quality Engineering will be a plus;
- Experience in conducting Quality Engineering assessments;
- Creation of QE maturity evolution roadmaps;
- Work on Performance Testing projects;
- Experience in SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or AMS) with a focus on Quality Engineering.
