What you will do in your day-to-day
- Prepare technical reports and executive presentations for stakeholders;
- Map, review, and propose improvements in processes related to RAN projects;
- Act as an interface point between clients and technical teams, translating business demands into technical requirements;
- Support decision-making through the analysis of data and performance indicators;
- Perform mobile network KPI analysis to identify optimization opportunities;
- Support mobile network planning and optimization (NPO) initiatives;
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of telecommunications network performance and quality.
What we are looking for in the person who will join the team
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile networks;
- Experience with RF Engineering;
- Knowledge of RAN configuration parameters;
- Experience with mobile network KPI analysis;
- Knowledge of Network Planning and Optimization (NPO) and network optimization tools.
Additionally, knowledge of the following is desirable
- RAN Sharing;
- Notions of project management using agile or waterfall methodologies;
- Advanced English.
