As a Lead Low-Code Developer Appian / Mendix (all genders)

- Optimize our clients' processes
You analyze business processes, identify automation potential, and advise our clients on the optimal use of low-code and no-code technologies.
- Design future-proof automation architectures
You design scalable, high-performance system landscapes based on Appian and/or Mendix and integrate modern technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud services.
- Take on technical responsibility
You lead technical sub-projects, work in agile teams, and provide technical support to colleagues in their further development.
- Accompany the implementation of low-code solutions
You contribute your implementation expertise and ensure seamless integration into existing IT and system landscapes.
Minimum requirements
What we're looking for
- Completed degree or training with an IT focus or comparable professional experience
- Profound experience with Appian and/or Mendix at a senior level (certifications are welcome)
- Practical experience in agile software development as well as technical project or sub-project management
- Interest in cloud technologies and modern trends such as AI and IoT
- Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel occasionally
