About the opportunity
We are looking for professionals passionate about technology, with solid experience in Backend Java development, to act as Tech Lead in the evolution of critical, distributed, and high-scale applications.
We seek professionals with a solid technical background, especially in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, orchestration, Java coding, and OAuth 2, capable of contributing to the development, integration, and evolution of robust applications and solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY?
- Develop, evolve, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Perform Java coding following good development practices and quality standards.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs, ensuring efficient communication between different systems and services.
- Act with API orchestration and integrations between systems.
- Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.
- Participate in the definition and evolution of technical solutions for applications.
- Provide technical support in resolving complex technical problems and incidents.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality and standardization.
- Work together with other technology professionals, Product, and other areas involved in solution development.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of applications, seeking quality, security, performance, scalability, and good Software Engineering practices.
- Act in requirement analysis and translation of business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the integration between different systems, services, and architecture components.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience with Backend development using Java.
- Mastery of Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with Java coding.
- Experience in developing, integrating, and consuming APIs.
- Experience with API orchestration and integrations between systems.
- Knowledge and experience with OAuth 2.
- Solid knowledge in Software Engineering, code quality, and good development practices.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Experience in enterprise application development environments and system integrations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB or similar.
- Experience with Spring Batch.
- Knowledge in distributed architectures and system integrations.
- Experience with high-volume environments.
- Knowledge in CI/CD practices and Git.
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.

Location: São Paulo in a hybrid model – 1 to 2 days per week
