What you will do day-to-day
- Enhance systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain applications and infrastructure in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Define and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, and scalability.
- Manage infrastructure capacity in collaboration with Cloud Operations teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to infrastructure and application performance.
- Act in the management, monitoring, and support of critical SAP environments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring stability, security, and performance of SAP systems.
