About the opportunity
abra is hiring an ERP Project Manager & Implementer to join our ERP Division!
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager & Implementer to lead end-to-end ERP projects in the Retail domain. In this role, you will serve as the organization's representative throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, key users, IT teams, and implementation partners to design, optimize, and successfully implement ERP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP projects end-to-end, from Discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, and Go-Live.
- Analyze and map business processes with key users, providing guidance and Best Practices in the Retail domain.
- Collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key decision-making processes.
- Lead organizational activities related to Data Migration, UAT, training, Cutover planning, and Go-Live readiness.
- Drive Change Management initiatives and support the successful adoption of new business processes across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience leading end-to-end ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of Retail business processes, including POS, stores, inventory management, purchasing, pricing, promotions, returns, and logistics.
- Experience working with and managing external vendors.
- Strong analytical and system-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to lead discussions and make decisions with stakeholders across multiple business domains.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive organizational change.

- Experience leading Change Management and organizational adoption processes.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and Retail Best Practices.
