Project Aurora is one of the largest ERP implementations in the world. As a GHQ Methodology Analyst, you will be part of the Governance and Methodology team, playing a key role in the transformation, standardization, and evolution of the project's DevOps methodology and governance on a global scale.
The main objective of this position is to ensure the governance, organization, and continuous improvement of the DevOps platform, as well as to support the management and operation of agile rituals and processes within the area. The professional will also be responsible for defining and governing metrics and performance indicators, analyzing engineering and delivery data, developing dashboards, and generating insights that support decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
- Administer and manage user access on the DevOps platform;
- Perform data and structure cleansing, standardization, and organization within the tool;
- Create and structure new work items, templates, and workflows according to team needs;
- Support the evolution and governance of the DevOps platform as a product within the methodology area;
- Document and disseminate methodological guidelines, processes, and best practices;
- Support the standardization of agile processes and practices within the organization;
- Act as a support point for questions related to the DevOps tool and methodological processes;
- Define, monitor, and govern performance indicators, operational efficiency, and delivery quality;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for monitoring delivery health and team performance;
- Analyze data related to DevOps and agile methodologies to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to translate analyses into practical improvement actions;
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used for reporting and decision-making;
- Support portfolio planning through forecasts, capacity analyses, and resource utilization;
- Lead standardization and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency;
- Conduct training sessions and support users in utilizing the DevOps platform, promoting the adoption of best practices;
What we expect
- Completed Bachelor's or Technologist degree;
- Critical thinking and strategic business vision;
- Excellent communication skills across departments and with peers;
- Advanced English for leading meetings, technical discussions, and communication with stakeholders in a global environment;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of technology frameworks and software development;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
- Basic knowledge of project management;
- Basic knowledge or interest in DevOps and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools. Knowledge
Desirable
- Certifications in Scrum or agile methodologies (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
- Knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience in agile environments or technology projects.
- Knowledge or experience with Power BI.
