The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Sr Business Systems Analyst for a full time role. Qualified candidates will own the development and integration of in-house ERP system. This role maintains a shared understanding of how systems and processes fit together, with engineering accountable for technical architecture and custom development.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with stakeholders and internal consultants/development team to integrate CRM/ERP system into a central CRM/ERP system
  1. Business analysis, Salesforce administration, functional solution design, and delivery coordination
  1. Own the internal business systems, and drive development and integration for a single source ERP system conversations that keep it realistic
  1. Work with leadership to define where core business records should be stored
  1. Work with internal consultants and development team
  1. Serve as the primary business systems liaison for all internal business units
  1. Map current workflows across departments, identify gaps in the systems which would slow down the business, and help to redesign those processes before they are automated
  1. Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans that engineering and consultants can execute
  1. Facilitate decisions among stakeholders with competing needs and keep them aligned through delivery
  1. Serve as the functional owner of the internal ERP system to ensure consistent standards for fields, objects, stages, routing, ownership, and reporting
  1. Perform admin-level configuration directly: objects and fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards
  1. Partner with engineering and consultants on platform, website, and data integrations
  1. Own business requirements, functional solution design, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and implementation
  1. Scope, brief, and manage consultants and integration partners; review their designs and deliverables
  1. Run projects end to end: scope, timeline, testing (UAT), training, rollout, and post-launch adoption
  1. Establish and maintain documentation of business processes, system designs, and data definitions
  1. Drive user adoption through training, and communication

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor Degree required
  1. 7-10 years of experience with:
  1. Business Systems Analysis
  1. CRM/ERP Administration- preferably with Salesforce
  1. solution design
  1. data modeling
  1. permission sets
  1. dashboards
  1. reporting
  1. validation rules
  1. Business Process Improvements
  1. Gathering requirements across all internal and external business units/stakeholders
  1. reading designs
  1. understanding code
  1. recognizing gaps and providing a solution and owning it- not looking for someone to delegate
  1. Using AI/LLM tools to help improve analysis, automation of manual documents, documentation, workflows
