Responsibilities
- -Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and
- SEARCH.-Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access
- control.-Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance
- optimization.-Drive technical discussions with
- architects.-Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical
- roadmaps.-Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology
- stack.-Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and
- Snyk.-Mentor junior and mid level
- engineers.-Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.
Essential skills
- -Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and
- React.js.-Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and
- OIDC.-Proven ability in software architecture and making technical
- decisions.-Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Desired skills
- -Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software
- Architect.-Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server
- design.-Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access
- control.-Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
