By accessing or using the NortJobs platform ("NORT"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
NORT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or within the platform.
2. Service Description
NORT is a reverse recruitment platform that connects candidates and companies through scientifically validated tests. Services include:
- Personality tests (Big Five / IPIP-NEO), language tests (CEFR), and technical skills assessments
- Generation of a Career Score (Nort Score) based on results
- Automatic ranking and matching with job openings from registered companies
- Receiving job offers with visible salary
3. Registration and Account
To use the platform, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
4. Acceptable Use
By using NORT, you agree NOT to:
- Use fraudulent means to alter test results (cheating, bots, third parties)
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize platform content without authorization
- Use the platform for illegal or discriminatory purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All tests, algorithms, interfaces, and content on NORT are the property of NortJobs. Use of the platform does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over these elements.
6. Limitation of Liability
NORT does not guarantee employment or specific results. The platform is an assessment and connection tool. Hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the companies.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. NORT may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes.
