3. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to:
- Generate your Nort Score and validated professional profile
- Connect you to relevant job opportunities via AI matching
- Provide detailed feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement
- Improve the quality of tests and ranking algorithms
4. Data Sharing
Your data and test results are NEVER shared with companies without your explicit permission. When you authorize it, companies receive only your professional profile and scores — not raw test data.

Under the LGPD and GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data at any time
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data
- Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Revoke consent for data sharing
- Request data portability
6. Security
We protect your data with AES-256 encryption, both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted and monitored. We conduct regular security audits.
7. Data Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized data for statistical purposes may be retained indefinitely.
