Location: Starkville, MS Plant

The Process Engineer II is responsible for the development, standardization, quality, and continuous improvement of processes and products.  This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of production processes, implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, introduction of new products, and to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Degree:  Engineering

2-4 Years of Experience

Field(s) of Expertise:  Engineering

Certificates/Licenses:  Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

5-7 Years of Experience

Field(s) of Expertise: Engineering

Certificates/Licenses:  Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt
