Trainer, Mission Readiness Service (Autonomous Vehicles)

RATE: $33 PER HOUR

We are helping our client find Trainers – Mission Readiness Service to deliver hands-on training and support the development of new and experienced operators within an autonomous vehicle operations team. In this role, you'll teach, demonstrate, and assess daily operational procedures through classroom instruction, hands-on training, coaching, and performance evaluations. You'll collaborate with Training Supervisors, Project Managers, instructors, and functional managers to ensure operators remain proficient in standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and current training requirements. The ideal candidate brings autonomous vehicle industry experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively train and evaluate operators in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on training position focused on operator development, performance assessment, and procedural compliance. While occasional coverage for operators may be necessary, this role is not expected to participate in ongoing Service or Research & Development (R&D) missions.
